McHappy Day

One of the many students we have who work at Maccas part time, asked if we could blog about McHappy Day, coming up on Saturday 17th of October.  McHappy Day is all about celebrating community spirit and raising funds to support seriously ill children and their families when they need it most.

There are a number of ways you can support your local McDonald's - purchasing a Corporate Helping Hand or a pair of Ronald McDonald socks.

The Belconnen Food Court McDonald's will have dress-ups and face painting out the front of the shopfront on October 17th, and people can go to https://mchappyday2015.everydayhero.com/au/troy to donate specifically through the Belconnen Food Court McDonald's store.

This year McDonald's is aiming to raise $3.4 million for Ronald McDonald House Charities which equates to providing 25,000 bed nights for Australian families.  We are very proud of our students who work and show their support for their community!
